I was nervous that I would not lose any weight since I had tried so many programs in the past, but this program worked! It was a great teaching tool in showing me that nutrition really does matter.
 

"The greatest lesson that I learned from this program is that in order to lose weight and to maintain that loss, you really need to eat the right sized portions of foods that have the proper nutritional content. Before, I never really paid close attention to the nutritional makeup of the food I ate. For example, making sure I had protein, fruits/vegetables, grains and dairy with every meal. But this program prepares all the meals for you, and you really see what is needed to properly fuel your body and allow you to lose weight. I don't feel that I used to regularly overeat, and I thought that I was eating healthy. But with what I’ve learned on this program, I now realize that I was not eating as healthy as I could have been. This was the reason that I struggled for so many years in trying to lose weight.

I feel so much better now - I have much more energy! I don't wake up in the morning still feeling tired or stiff and sore like I used to.

I am no longer obsessed with my weight! For years I have been worried about how I look and frustrated about trying to lose weight. After losing 35 pounds I feel so much better physically as well as mentally. I am no longer constantly worrying about how I look. I can actually look at a photo of myself and see myself smiling more. I have had a number of people comment that I actually look younger after losing the weight!

To others, I’d say: Try this program. You won't be sorry if you do, because it works. If you really commit to eating the meals and even adding in some exercise you will lose weight. If you’re worried that you’ll be hungry or unsure if you’ll like the food, don’t be. During this program I was never hungry, which I’m sure is due to eating nutritionally complete meals. And, the meals were very good!"
